If your password is not working it could be a few things.
1. It is case sensitive so you if you used a capital letter in the name make sure that is capital when your typing it into the login window
2. Our system is watching for password abuse so it deactivates accounts that are coming from multiple IP addresses. This may happen to you if your on AOL or Earthlink as they dynamically change this address while you are dialed to the internet, our system then mistakes this for multiple users.

If you hit submit on your join application and get an error message please contact support@kenmarcus.com make sure you copy the error message (even it says declined) sometimes the banks processors are down so they send the default message that you have been declined when this is not actually the case. We can help you out and get you signed up!!!

If your having trouble watching my clips make sure you have the current version of Quick Time player.. You can down load it for free by going to http://www.quicktime.com
Clip Tricks..
To get clips to play start to finish without stopping in the middle.. Click the play button, then play around with it a bit until you get the play button in pause mode.. The clip will start to download on its own. Once the clip starts to download you will see the progress bar in white after the little circle start to move.. This means the clip is downloading.
Wait until the white progress bar is almost 75% loaded, then hit the play button.. Because the majority of the clip has downloaded it will allow you to watch the clip without it catching up to the download. When your playing the clip faster than the download process the clip with constantly stop and start. By following the above instructions you will have a much better viewing experience.
Clips that play automatically are usually poor quality. We have encoded these clips to be the highest possible viewing quality.
